Our order processing time is between 3 to 6 business days for pre-order items and between 1 to 2 business days for in stock items . Order processing time is not shipping time. If the order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped after all the items are in stock and ready to be shipped. If you would like your order to be shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

Prices are in Euros. The final delivery cost is calculated on the order checkout page. The cost in the table is for packages weighing up to 250 grams. Delivery time may be extended during public holidays. We appreciate your understanding. When ordering to countries outside the European Union, an additional customs fee (tax) may apply. Returns:
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. Purchased goods cannot be returned if they are manufactured or purchased for a client on a special order. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must not be used. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). Read more.

What is going to happen if I did not pick up the package and it was returned to the sender?
In the event that the package was returned to me due to your failure to collect it, the funds will not be reimbursed.

Are customs duties, fees and import taxes are included in the price?
The cost of customs duties, fees, and import taxes are not included in the price and are the full responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?
You have 14 days to return or exchange the item.
Inform me within 3 days if you want to return or the exchange item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
We will refund item cost after receiving it and checking for it original condition.

What do I do If the parcel is delayed?
According to the law, the Post has a response period of 30-90 days during which the package will either be located and delivered to you or recognized as lost. If the package is declared lost, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. Please note that all the dates are approximate and beyond my control as I rely on the Postal Service to deliver the package. If the package is eventually located and delivered to you, but after a significant delay, no refund will be issued in that case.

What is your Cancellation policy?
I can accept cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. The exception is products with personalization.

What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
If the product was damaged during the shipment, please provide us with a photo within 3 days from the receipt and We will send you a new product or refund.

Can you gift wrapped my order?
Yes, We provide a gift wrapping option for an additional charge.

What is a “parcel pickup point”?
The nearest post office in your country. Sometimes, the parcel can be delivered to a mailbox or by a courier. In the case of parcel loss, minimal compensation is provided.

What is “courier delivery”?
Delivery to the door of an office or home. In the event that the delivery service loses your parcel, the highest compensation for losses is provided.
