Our order processing time is between 3 to 6 business days for pre-order items and between 1 to 2 business days for in stock items . Order processing time is not shipping time. If the order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped after all the items are in stock and ready to be shipped. Returns:
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. Purchased goods cannot be returned if they are manufactured or purchased for a client on a special order. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must not be used. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.
